Elzeva Cuffy is an Educator and Guidance Counsellor who is intentional about what she allows to enter her psyche. She was born and raised in a Christian family on the small island of St. Kitts.  She enjoys travelling, gardening and supporting others towards personal growth and development. She lives in her homeland with her Clergy husband and adult daughter.
